go for a 600 watt maybe 650
you forgot an optical drive

You would be fine with a nice 500watt psu, even a really nice 450 would be fine...

Mobo: you'd better get P45 chipset instead
GPU: 9500GT is not enough for gaming...
PSU: If you stick to 9500GT, 400-450W should be enough. In case you want to upgrade your video card in future, go for a 500W PSU

Maybe 9500GT for light gaming, everything on low at low resolutions. I would say at least a 9600GT or 9600GSO and a 500-550 watt PSU - a named one.
