That would work, except for the power supply. Ditch that busted POS Dell PS and get one that will live up to its name. Sorry, when it comes to Dell parts, I am not a fan.

First of all, I'd like to welcome you to computerforum.com!

Both those links didn't work for me... I'll comment if you put working links or just say what the CPU and Mobo are.

A good case is the Antec 900. But it also depends on your budget.

Dell's aren't compatiable with other cases remember? Properitary or something like that? Judging by the picture here: http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/dell-dimension-e510-pentium/4505-3118_7-31555136.html I seem to be right.

r u talkin about the case cuz he said that hes lookin 4 a case and is just gonna use the other parts (sounds like he upgraded a lot of parts in it)

Correct, I have upgraded the RAM, PSU, video card, dvd drives, tv tuner and hard drives to my DELL, but i decided to build a computer my self bcus my dell motherboard is not core 2 duo compatible.

I'd get this mother board instead if i were you
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128061

I would have recommend the p35 DS3L but is out of stock without re-stock date
