Custom Lyrics On Instrument .MP3 File

I want to create my own lyrics, and have them record over an instrumental .mp3 file.


What software would help me?


I was told Soundbooth CS3, what do you think?

soundbooth will work with the proper configuration, though am not good at it !!
but what are you doing exactly ?
Like sing while the music plays, and the program records it ?

if your file was .wav or .wave, you could have easily used sound recorder, set your microphone as the input for recording.. problem solve.
