Why do you want 4GB? Unless you get a 64 bit operating system you'll only see 3.25GB and it seems disproportionate to the rest of the system, save some money by buying 2GB and get an Ultra XVS 500W unit. Also look at upgrading your graphics card as if you try gaming at 1080p then your PC will struggle like hell.

EDIT: Also, look at getting a better motherboard, PC Chips isn't anywhere near as good as MSI, Asus or Gigabyte.

i think that he believes if he has enough ram it will make up for everything else that is just ok, it will bottleneck i think, spend the extra money on something else, just my opinion

The PC has more potential power than the PS3, although if you want a proper gaming PC look at spending upwards of $500.

well i was just wondering if the ps3 will keep up with it cuz it has a cell processor so that wont be surpassed anytime too soon
]but the gpu isnt all that great so wondering if i should buy a backup gaming system for microsoft games and what not i dont really want a 360 so i plan on just getting a computer

The PS3 and PC are entirely different beasts, the PS3 runs in a toally different way to the PC, both in programming language and how data is processed, it's like comparing the Bugatti Veyron to an F1 car, both very fast, but both very different.
