Custom setup for a gaming pc. HELP NEEDED!!!

Hi Guys and girls,

Im fairly new to custom building a computer, im not to sure at all My uncle has suggested this. What do you think, would it be able to run most new games out there, any thing you would add or take out. The price is about as much as im willing to fork out.

What do you guys think of this set-up, and good??

This will play games, yes. However, from what I can see this pc is custom build by some company. Go and build it yourself and save a couple of hundred at least.
 
Thanks for the response. The problem is i wouldnt know where to start with regards to buidling one myself, and id rather have somebody who knows what they are doing. They have come by recommendation, and i dont know anybody who would be able to build up a PC for me.

This is where you all say "it really is'nt that difficult"
 
^ Haha, true that. It really is easy.


I understand if you're really not comfortable with it, though...it really helps to have something to practice on first.
 
It is not difficult :P

Find some tutorials on YT or whatever and you just follow it. Everything fits only in one place, there are only like 2, maybe 3 cables connected to motherboard, I'd give it a shot :P

I get maybe compatibility issues may be one of the worries, but take a scan through this section and see just how many posts there are of "build me a computer" or "review this build" or other stuff like that where people want us to put a system together for them, so either steal someone elses system, or ask us to put one together.

Then, as was said, look at the how to build a computer post, or look for youtube videos, or just get the parts and use common sense. So long as you aren't colour blind and have shape recognition skills and a screwdriver, you can build a computer :)

yea...might need to herd some cats here, the 'review my build stuff is getting hairy... might want to dedicate a whole area to it...clearing out stuff as its finished

It has been mentioned before, as has the fact that this is the desktop section, so if people want to build a desktop, it is the completely right place anyway.

But, that is off topic, not going to threadjack ;)
