custom wc question

will a watercooling radiator still cool without fans? it is only for the cpu. the system is not in an inclosed case. it will be mounted on my wall. i was thinking about using 2x 120 triple radiator but no fans. also will i need 2 pumps? one for each rad?

It will work, but not as well. You would need to have a lot of air moving round the room, or a really cold room to make it work better than a air cooler.

If you have low restriction radiators, then one pump is all you will need. Something like a 655 will do well.

You need fans, they don't need to move very much air, but you still need fans. And one pump would be fine
