is that a logo or a program? if its a boot logo.. try changing it into "NTOSKRNL.EXE".. then reboot in safemode and replace the existing one in system32 folder lwith that one

CAUTION: make back ups first.. system restore point

I done this but it doesn't work...
Is it i have to edit the "boot.ini" file to change the logo?
I did this before, but i forgot how to do it...

well is that a program or logo? it can be a self extracting zip created file.. in that case it wont work..

u can always resort to a boot screen program
