customize windows

Does anyone have a subscription to wincustomize.com? I was on the site yesterday and downloaded iconpackager. After downloading it
i realized I only get it for a 30 day trial. Does anyone know of any freeware out there that customizes windows without a subscription?

yea longhorn transformation pack is good it changes the taskbar and stuff
