Is CyberPower any good? I've been thinking of buying one, but there have been a lot of mixed reviews, some say amazing, some say horrible. I need help deciding!

Iv'e heard they are pretty good browsing around this website, Almost bought a computer, then I became a member to CF and learned how to build my own computer for half the price of what cyberpower offers. so I suggest looking around at builds on the website, fin done you like, then go to newegg and find the same parts, you WILL see a difference

Cyberpower is good. You could also compare prices with IBuyPower, and like kazkepox said, you could surf Newegg as well
and compare the pricing with a prebuilt to building one yourself.

So they're a pretty reputable company? Because I don't want to buy a CyberPower computer just to have it shipped without the video card plugged in and has it scratch up everything or have a crap PSU.

That's exactly what a friend had when he got one from there (GPU was not in correctly). My PC from them was alright, but it did have some problems right out of the box that required a call to tech support. Personally, I wouldn't buy from them again, but part of that might just be because I know how to build one now :D

If you want it done right, do it yourself, and get more for your money aswell.

Motherboards have a network card already on them, network cards are where you plug the ethernet cable into your computer for network and internet access. The extra they charge for a "killer xeno" network card is much better used towards better actual components.

Unless you are referring to a wireless card, which if you use wifi for your computer, you would need.

Still a crappy off brand power supply, the wattage means nothing, they use whoever can be the lowest bidder for those units. If your interested in building your own, post your budget and can get you a build list;)
