What do you mean as in "display"? And I am planning to get Razer Diamondback 3G Gaming Mouse, Razer Arctosa Gaming Keyboard and I'm getting Vista Home Premium 64-Bit.

What sort of speakers are you planning on using? Analog or digital output, only when using analog minijacks(headphone style), are dedicated sound cards worth it. If using Coaxial or optical out(digital) then onboard is fine...

The XtremeGamer is the cheapest "actual" x-fi with an xfi processing chip. The cheaper ones like "XtremeAudio" are just audigy SE's with software that emulates xfi, and are rubbish.
