D Link router stopped issuing wireless IP addresses

My DLink DIR-615 suddenly stopped issuing IP addresses to anything connecting wirelessly to it. It still issues my wired PC an IP...but when I enter the wireless key into any Windows laptops connecting to it, it gets a 169.254.xxx.xxx address. I don't understand why it is treating the wireless devices differently then the wired.
 
Reboot worked...Was just hoping to learn something about networking by fixing it w/o rebooting, must've just been a fluke tho
