Damage to Back of CPU Socket

Several months ago, I reinstalled my stock CPU cooler onto my Asus Crosshair IV Formula, but didn't feel like bothering with taking the Zalman backplate off...until recently.

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough good sense to attempt this on a good night's sleep, and actually used an Xacto-style knife to cut the thick, foam tap between the MB and the plastic piece.

After removing the plastic piece and the two-sided tape, I realized that I accidentally damaged one of the chips on the back of the CPU socket. From what I can tell, the only damage is one of the metal legs was severed.

Is there any (relatively) easy way to fix this?
