Damaged sector on hardrive

I used HD Tune to scan on of my hardrives and it found some damaged sectors, is it possible to block these sectors out so no data will be saved on it?

No idea... how old is the drive if i may ask? because usually HD's have a verry long warranty,... so you might be able to get it replaced for free

I got the hardrive about two years ago. The original hardrive die on me like not long after so i got it replaced. No idea if i can get the it replaced/fixed again.

well... with no external damage, and yet having damaged sectors... they have to i think

The warrenty length is usally printed on the drive itself. If it's out of warrenty, look for a low level format utility. You will have to back everything up, but sometimes doing a LLF will correct bad sectors.
