damn small linux please help

k so im trying to get damn small linux on my flash drive
ive never done that before
so
help.
my usb drive is gay it has this "U3" program that always runs
i think it has like a read only partition with the system files for that program and i havent been able to delete them but
aside from that
how do i get DSL on my flash drive to wher i can boot off it?

i have never done it but i found you should boot from the DSM livecd and then in main menu is an option to install DSL on usb flash drive... try it
