Ours is a small organization working on machine designs. We have a LAN with 23 computers. Data is our digital asset, for our officials put lots of efforts on CAD. Hence we need an IT solution for forced centralization of our data and automatic backup of the same, so as to enable us to restore the same as and when required. Our email communication also need proper vigilance along with automatic backup facility, for we need to keep documentary evidence of incoming/outgoing all emails. Can somebody guide us in getting the right software for our requirements?

All depends on what you already have.
1. How do you access your data? Over networked shares for example.
2. On what do you save the data? San, nas, internal disks or something else?
3. What kind of e-mail server software do you use.
