data history help!

Dear all,

At first, I wanna tell I dont know much about computer system.
Now Im worrying for my data. coz yesterday, my friends came to my house and they took their memory stick to get some data from my PC. That's no ploblem but at that time I was talking on ph. so Im afraid that they took other my important data from my PC when I was on ph.
plz advice me how can I know they took or not?... Can I find my PC data history with some software?

ummm i seriously hope it was flash memory and not the actual ram sticks. if not i need laminate this post and make a t-shirt out of it. sorry no offense...

unfortunatly there is no way of knowing if they took some of your files without you knowing. unless you are familiar with ur computer, and know what files u had and stuff.

[edit] the probability they took something vital to ur system is slim to none, there would be no reason for taking it and nothing they could do with it. unless your referring to private stuff like pictures or saved emails etc. then u might wanna think about hiding some of ur files in a special folder only you will know where it is on ur comp.
