how do you flash a router with dd-wrt

and also does the other router need to support bridging

Most of the routers on the DD-WRT Wiki have a guide attached to them on how to flash. What router are you looking to do it to?

Just beware you're risking bricking your router if something goes wrong.

o the routers model instructions on dd-wrt it says then flash the router

there are options on there for different ways of flashing it but it dosent say abut how to

You flash it just like a regular firmware upgrade.
