DDR2 1066Mhz Stock Speed

^%#$# links
ok well one company is A-DATA and here is a little bit of their write up
A-DATA announces the Number-1 DDR2-1066 module (over 2 generations) which is the first one to achieve the dual-channel 1066Mb/s of DDR2 ultra speed in the world, and this amazing module is available now. Its density is 256MB now, and other higher density module will be phased in soon. This module configuration is by 32M x 8 (256Mbit) die, 8 pcs in 1 rank.
I'm sure if you type in that name and look around you'll find it.
The other company is Team Group Incorporated and the memory is
PC8600 DDR21066MHz 512MB 5-5-5-12 64*8 8 Chips part number TXDD512M1066HC5 under....Team Xtreme Ram.
I'll try another link let me know if this one works.

mmmmmm, methinks I know my next RAM.....

EDIT: DDR2 is gona get better and better since AMD using it now (Well, when AM2 comes out)

i think thats one of the main things that AMD are waiting for, i think they're looking to use DDR-2 at speeds of at least 800MHz, which is why AM2 has been delayed

1100Mhz DDR2

Found out a few days ago that OCZ is putting out DDR2 at 1100Mhz. kof2000 I was using DDR1 at 400Mhz too. Just got a new motherboard that can use DDR2 at speeds up to 1066Mhz without overclocking.

You do know AMD moving to DDR2 has nothing to do with it right? AMD waited until DDR2 matured a bit rather than trying to push a new technology.

controller glitch?

I read that AMD had a bug with there controller and DDR2 that they were trying to work out. This was the reason for the delay. Could be a bit of both.

High MHz for RAM, but imagine the latencies.....well, I guess the high MHz make up for the latencies!
i think there around 5-8-8-12, or something like that. But they have much faster speeds.

latencies DDR2 1100Mhz and 1000Mhz

OCZ also has PC2-8000 Platinum "Elite Edition" DDR 2 memory that runs at 1000MHz. This memory has even more aggressive timings as it can run at 4-5-4.
