DDR2 667, gskill vs corsair

Right now I'm assuming I should buy the gskill with the heatspreader. I wanted to know if the general populous agrees.

Concerns:
-Will the gskill run at correct timings at only 1.8v?

EDIT: Problems:
-on the gskill site, the heatspreader ram is listed as 533 and not 667. Does that matter?
-If it does matter, and I can't just run it at 667 without a care in the world, should I use the other gskill, or go with the corsair?

(I looked on each manufacturer site... to basically not much avail. The biostar board wasn't even listed.)

I would also go with the G.Skill for $74.99

They have heatspreaders on all versions of their RAM, so theres no reason to think it wont run at DDR2-667. Just make sure you're motherboard and CPU support RAM of that speed.
 
I was lead to believe that the gskill would run slower because the actual product number assigned to it, according to the gskill manufacturer site, says it runs at 533. :(
 
Well if you get DDR2-533 RAM, the only way to raise it to DDR2-667 would be to overclock your CPU, in-turn raising the memory speed. However you would also need to raise the voltage and raise the timings.

I see no reason why they wouldn't ship you the 667 module, since if they did the reviews on Newegg would probably be pretty low.
