DDR2 667 vs 800

Im in a bit of a jam here... I know that DDR2-800 is better than DDR2-667, but i dont know which one will be better:

2GB (2x1GB) DDR2-800 OCZ Gold CL 5-5-5-10 - $220
2GB (2x1GB) DDR2-667 G.Skill CL 4-4-4-12 - $143

Which one would you recommend?

good question, I think the 800 would be better, but that's sort of a tough call, I'm willing to bet it has better timings at 667 than the other sticks do if you were gonna drop the speed on it, if you've got a big enough budget, this is 800 with CAS latencies of 4 and like $14 more. You've probably already seen it, but figured I'd throw that in

I think im just going to get 1GB of DDR2-800 now, then upgrade to another GB later on.
