DDR3 1600mhz running at 1333 and single channel.

Hello, i have just bought a new pc and built it with the following parts.

i7 2600k (1155)
Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P (bios f5)
Gigabyte GTX 560
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600mhz

In the attached image below you can see that i am only getting 1333mhz speeds from it and it is only running in single channel mode. I need some help on how to fix this in the bios, thanks

How do you have the memory installed? Do you have them inserted next to each other like slots 1 and 2 or slots 1 and 3 occuppied? It should be 1 and 3. And as far as the speed not showing correctly, you have to go into the bios and set the timings manually.
 
i have them installed next to eachother, in cpuz it says they are in slots 1 and 3. How would i change the timings exactly? I dont have to mess around with the cpu frequency do i?

To be in dual channel there needs to be a slot empty between them. So put one next to the cpu and then skip a slot and then put the other one in the next slot. I have to get ready for work now. so can't really explain how to do change the timings. I haven't looked at the bios settings in the manual for this board. I'm sure someone will come along and help with that part of it.
