Dead hard drive?

I was having some troubles with my computer lagging, and I had it down to the hard drive or the power supply. I changed the power supply today, and now i cant load windows. I can get into the BIOS and the boot menu, and the windows loading screen comes up, but then goes blank and nothing happens most of the time. Once and a while Windows will load, but very slowly. I tried pluging back in the old power supply, and the same problem occurs.

Sounds like a corrupted drive to me.

Hey dude maybe is corrupted the HDD like the reply before me is saying, but do u check the volts on your power supply before to power on your system?
