Decent <$200 video card

you can easily get a 6600GT for that budget. AGP 6600GT start at $180 i think. PCI-E (if you can run it) are a bit more.

Acturally the PCI-E geforce 6600GT are cheaper then the agp geforce 6600GT. The agp geforce 6600GT cost closer to $195.
 
ever sinse my friend had that problem with his 6600gt and i realized how common that problem was, i will never consider getting a 6600gt.....

6600GT is a great card.
 
I'm about to buy the XFX GeForce 6600 Video Card Pci x16 256mb I hope it doesn't have the same problem

That is not a card any one of us recommended. I am pretty sure the card you have listed above is a none gt. The 6600GT would perform much better then that card. If that all you can afford that fine but for gamming the 6600GT would do alot better.
