Decent Budget Gaming PC?

I have been researching a lot and came across this :

Looks good and has pretty good specs with a ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics card. Would this be a good computer to buy, and maybe upgrade the GPU in the future? Everything else looks pretty good.

It isn't too bad for the price. The graphics card probably won't let you run games on high, but it will still work. Upgrading the graphics card might mean that you will have to upgrade the power supply as well depending on what one ships with this PC, thus making an upgrade a costly project. I didn't see it state anywhere what power supply is provided with the computer.

5450 is not a gaming card. However, with only $500, this is the one to get
