Decent flow meter?

Hi,

Recently my pump stopped working which resulted in my GPU block melting. I have been lucky twice now and none of my components have fried.

Is there a flow meter that displays flow rate (maybe even temperature) on a LCD monitor? And maybe even warn me if flow rate drops?
 
Cool, what about the flow? That's the main problem.

I'm using non-conductive coolant so all my components were fine. The supplier has agreed to replace both the pump and block.
 
You need to look up and research an impeller monitor and sensor. there are several on the market, however completely unecessary for a properly set up watercoolded PC.

The only reason I'm really using it is incase my pump breaks again. So I can shutdown my computer before any serious damage is done.
