seems like a nice build, though in my opinion id go with

v-card:
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=P450-5770

and upgrading the processor from a i3 to a i5 which would come out to about the same price

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500173

$130 after MIR and a much better card.

To OP, that build is ok, however given your budget, I would recomend going AMD. You can generally get a cheaper, equal build, or one more poewrful for a lower price, with a mid range system with AMD than you can Intel

Ok. How should i go with AMD than?
Can you please suggest me with the same price range?

*(By the way, i used AMD athlon xp before and had some problems with it. If i run my computer for a long time.. (few days), system lagged while Intel kept its speed. Does AMD still have same issue today ??

No and that problem probably has to do with screensavers and power saving options.
