I have a new game in store, will be much harder than this one. It will involve more than 4 steps, each one harder than the last. It you dont have the software for it you will learn you can not complete it. Small clues will be given as to how you find out how to get the next one. Yes it will be complex indeed.
 
All you had to do was decode it then the next step and the answer on how to win was in the code.
