dedicated graphics

Probably not, if you've got a Best Buy around, take a look at the display model and see if the computer records a full 2 GB available of system RAM or not. If it is not all the way up to 2GB of RAM it won't be dedicated video card RAM.

how do you tell?

Look at the "Graphics" section of the specifications for this model. Intel does not currently make any dedicated graphics systems.

One other way to tell if the GPU is dedicated or not, check for dedicated graphics memory in the computer's spec listing. Integrated graphics share memory with the CPU. Like DCIScouts said, if you look at the memory available, you will usually see some missing with an integrated system. For example: if 2GB Ram is installed but only 1768MB is available, you have 256MB of memory shared with the GPU.

The simplest way is just to look at what GPU the system comes with then research that chip. There are plenty of places out there that will tell you what chipset is dedicated or integrated. AMD (ATI) and nVidia make both dedicated and integrated chipsets. Again, Intel currently only makes integrated graphics processors (IGP).

On the link you posted if you scroll down to product features it says
