Here's a question to which everyone probably knows the answer but me. What is the best way to reset the default setting for % reduction for the microsoft word document preview. None of the drop-down menus, and not 'customise', nor 'options', nor Microsoft Word help menu seem to offer any help. I find 80% suits me best but the default is 75% on my m/c and so I have to reset every time I use it - tiresome, and surely unnecessary.
Any wobbling brain out there have the answer?

you need to edit the normal.dot file, this is the template that word opens on startup and is aht you see when you are on a blank document.
