Defective motherboard

I was wondering has anyone purchased this system and had problems with the motherboard if so how did you resolve it

In 2007 I ordered a Visionman Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2180 / Socket 775 / 2GB DDR2-800 / 10/100 LAN / 6-Channel Audio / Flash Media Reader / 585 Watts / Barebones Kit.
It never seemed to be working right and the motherboard stopped working before the warranty ran out, I mean it didn’t even beep it just completely stopped.
I called Visionman and no problem they sent me another motherboard I installed it and everything seemed fine it even went through post faster 5 months later the same thing happened the motherboard just quit can’t even get a beep out of it.
Now Visionman says the second motherboard is out of warranty and they are not obligated to replace it, and then have the Gaul to offer to sell me another one. I’m sorry obviously this motherboard is defective or the kit is poorly designed I don’t think that replacing a defective part with another defective part relieves one from the warranty. In any case it’s just poor business practice and I for one would never buy anything from visionman again.

Disappointed with the company

Hi,

Can't say I've used this brand. Just wanted to note you have taken adequate static precausions when handling the board and components.

Hope you have better luck in the future.

Regards,
