defrag goes to 95%

new pc here defrag today went to 95% on my xp os says 4mb worth of files cant be defraged anyone have this problem ?

bad sectors? bad sectors are a part of the disk that is permanent damage, sometimes caused by virus other times by physical damage..

i think if you wer to run your drive as secondary drive and try chkdisk or scan disk you might be able to use the remaing part of the drive
