i always use tune up utilitys 2008 because it has many other applications in it like regrestry defrag and spam clean up its a great program the 30 day trail is free http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/
and a little secret if you look it up on youtube it has the product code.

Yeah i use auslogics too. Seems good. I always use CCleaner and ATF cleaner beforehand.
