diskeeper

I use Diskeeper 2009 Pro at the moment. It's excellent because it can defrag system files, defrag multiple drives quickly at the same time, can run in full auto mode (background defrag), has a nice GUI, etc etc. It also has a very small resource footprint when installed and running. It's not free, but you can download free trial versions from http://www.diskeeper.com which will expire after 30 days.

I use this also. Very very good program. Gives you estimates of performance gains and all. Love the on-the-fly defraging so your pc is always running well :)

Just tried defraggler again it speeded up my boot time just a bit but not that much it was enough to unistall the auslogics defrag and defraggler is much slower than the auslogics one but to be honest im going to keep both =]
