Delete my unuse OS in the pc

Hi all,
Does anyone here know who to delete away an unuse OS in the PC as i currently had reinstall the OS but dun know why the previous OS is still inside my PC. Or should i need to send it to repair?

If you just reloaded the OS, I'd suggest doing it again but formatting this time around. This way there'd be nothing left on the computer.
