Deleting files from SSD

long story short, I installed win7 on my new ssd while the old hdd connected. I end up having 2 OS and I wasn't able to delete the old OS. So I deleted the new OS (through old os) to install win7 on ssd without hdd connected.

I was able to delete the new win7 but there are 15gb files left in the ssd and I'm not able to delete... what should i do? I don't or wont be able to reinstall win 7 on ssd with that much space occupied.

Boot to a boot CD like Hiren's Boot CD (choose mini Windows XP mode) so you can fully look at and then delete old OS install remnants.

Use KILL DISK to erase the entire SSD and after that install Windows 7 on it.

Or just delete the partition via Disk Management.

^^^ just delete the partition. Start over, disconnect the old drive and install 7
