deleting networks

In Vista when I click “connect to” I have a list of the networks. One I just set up with my D-link DIR-615 with a pre-shared key, two “old” networks that do not have the key, what appears to be my neighbors network since it has his name on it (I have no idea how it got there), and possibly another neighbors net work that has an odd name of “not your network”.
How do I delete these? I tried right clicking and I can only connect or diagnose.
 
You can't delete them. What is going on is that your system is telling you that your wireless detects these wireless networks, You should set it up so that you connect automatically and not manually and you'll never see them again anyway.
 
John, my internet is always on. I would have to look up my original sign in password. I am just wondering if I see my neighbor’s network if he is able to get into mine. In addition my prior network I set up without the new "pre-shared key" in WPA is still there. Is that vulnerable? They both have solid green stripes next to them.

Solid green stripes just represent the strength of the signal. Anybody can see your wireless network if you have your router broadcasting your SSID(network name). Providing its secured with a strong password, its less likely anybody will be able to access your network.
