I have just buy an USB about 2 months, good until the day I found that when I delete files in it, but they are not erased and all of them is 0 byte, and then I delete the folder contain these files, it says that can not delete because the directory is not empty (it contains 0 byte files)
Format still not solve the problem ?
Do you know how to repair it ! Thanks !!!

One of my older USB flash drives had this exact same problem. I think it arose when I pulled it out while it was still saving data. Just recently though I backed some data up with it, and after I added the new files, I tried deleting the 0 byte files and it let me without any complaint. So, I really don't know. All I did was add "KeePass" to the flash drive. It's a password managing program.

But it IS solvable.

I don't sure, after formating, seem that it returns normal operation as before (I test with some folders contain files), but when I try to send my folder contains many .flv files(about 2.48G) to my USB, then I get error while sending (some .flv files were not finished sending) , window notices:
"Windows - Delayed Write Fail
Windows was unable to save all data for the file G:
The data has been lost.
This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection.
Please try to save this file elsewhere."

You can probably just go into the folder and delete the files individually.
But yes, a format should work, bearing in mind you'll lose everything.
