deleting temp files cookies cache

i know how you delete temp files in IE but what about firefox and google chrome were is the temp folder located

EDIT: i know bout the tick boxes but say in IE you can go into the temp files folder and delete it all or u just as you said tick a tick box for cookies cache and itl delete them like that, but were are the folders for the temp file in google chrome and firefox

I think the firefox cache is in
Username / application data / Mozilla / firefox / profile / cache

somewhere there.
You do know how to clean them up via FF right :good:

yeah tick all the tick boxes and then clear all private data
