Deleting Undeletable files?

is there any program to delete undeletable files?
i have a video file in my pc and everytime i try to delete it, seems like it's deleted but when i go to that file again, the video is still there. and whenever i click on that video, the computer slows down.

how can i delete forever from my pc???
it's annoying.

To delete undeletable files, use unlocker

To delete forever, use shredder

Free Malwarebytes has FileAssassin located under "More Tools" Tab, which can also do this; plus you can also scan for Malware
