deleting/uninstalling problem

. Then I try to delete it one by one... some of folder was deleted but somes are not...

it might be too late now, but most programs come with uninstallers, typically I'd suggest using the one that comes with the program to uninstall it

What program was it you were trying to remove? You say it didn't work trying to use Add/Remove Programs, so what exactly was the message that popped up when you tried? In Windows XP, when manually deleting folders means the Add/Remove Programs window can't find the uninstaller for an entry, there is the option to manually remove the entry yourself. Whatever you do, it will be quite messy. A bit more information may be useful to help you.

I has a similar problem to your, I tried add/remove but it could only remove some of the files (the rest had to be done manually)!
When I tried to delete the folder/files that wouldn't work either, I rebooted and tried again and then it worked!

Use ccleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/ go to tools and uninstall your program and then select the issues button> scan for issues> fix all issues this will delete all the crap thats left over when you uninstall a program.
