Dell A920 Printer Not Working On Vista

Hi, i have sold my Grandad our printer (Dell A920 All In One) when i came to install it on his laptop (Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile on Vista Basic) It all installs fine and when i come to printing it says *in a very irritating voice* 'Error in communicating with printer'. I have tried all the steps to no avail (not that they ever work!) I have tried downloading the vista drivers but the same error message appears. The only troubleshooting step i can think of involves a wooden mallet, an air rifle and half a Ton of swiss cheese ... but lets not go into that.

Hi Fred! welcome to the forum (though im a bit of az n00b myself)
Yeah i think its the drivers thats causing it but its the dell drivers themselves that arent working.
