Dell demension E310 will not boot up ???

I installed sbc yahoo browser to my almost new dell dimension E310 and then after that I tryed to restart a blue screen pops up and said: A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Then the tech info: Stop: 0x0000007E (0x0000005,0x00000000,0xF88900BC,0XF888FDB8)

What could be wrong? I uninstalled all the sbc stuff, ran my anti-virus in safe mode. What else could I do?
 
A few months, I just did the out of the box system restore by pressing ctrl and f11. We will see how that goes ...........
