Dell Dimension 4550 Help.

Hi, I'm a bit conflicted, I got a Dell Dimension 4550 a year ago because my old computer broke, and I want to play some games on this computer but my old video card doesn't work with the motherboard I am guessing so I have to buy a new one, I was looking at the specs and I think it only supports AGP x4 and PCI cards, but when I was researching it seems like people are using AGP x8 cards and I wanted to confirm before I buy anything. Also looking into some PCI cards, i noticed some were DDR and other DDR2, will it work with DDR2, once again I looked to the specs but I am not really sure, also if anyone could recommend some video cards that will work with the computer it would be great.

The specs are these:

Thank You!

Hmm, are you sure it can only use 128mb cards? I've been visiting other forums looking for advice on which video card to get and some have been pointing me to this card:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130076
However, its been deactivated in NewEgg so I cannot get it, and it runs on 256mb and can use DirectX 9 instead of the one you are pointing me too.

So does the DDR2 and GDDR2 not matter, and also can I be correct to assume that it will run AGP X8 considering the video card you gave me says AGP X4/X8?

Only capable of running 128 mb video cards came straight from dell after I tried putting in a 256 mb video card and the computer wouldn't even boot. You have to remember that computer is over 8 years old now. If you are gonna be going any type of low to mid gaming then you will need a new system.

Alright then thanks for all the help, just wanted to make sure before I bought anything that it would be worth it, I just want to play Warcraft 3 without a delay, hopefully be able to run Morrowind. Thanks for everything Happy Holidays!
