Couldnt find another place to put this so hopefully someone that can help me will see it here. My computer isn't really new...

My Dell L667r won't boot. You turn it on and it just stays on the Dell Logo.

I'm pretty sure its not the hard drive becuase its plugged in correctly and worked fine when used as a slave in the computer I'm using now and yes I did remember to put the jumper back on master when I put the hard drive back in the Dell.

The computer was running on Windows NT 4.0 with 128 MB of RAM and an Intel P3 667 Mhz Processor.

Any ideas on what could be wrong? Thanks.

typically posting errors are caused by rhe mobo, reset your bios/cmos and try again, if it still doesn't post, probably a bad mobo

even if it works in slave doesnt mean there is nothing wrong with the os. so u should use f5 or f8 to see if you can get into safe mode.
