Dell E521 & ATI Radon X1050

hi i just purchased a ati radon and put it in my e521 and it works fine but when i open up counter-strike i cant open it in OpenGL i dont know why?

It says
Does not support
open up in software mode

please help! i would think this video-card can support openGL!
