Dell Inspiron 1525 CPU Upgrade

Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop and i wanted to upgrade my CPU and ram. I'm not sure what type of processor the motherboard will accept. All i know is i need a Socket P CPU. I found this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116480 will this work? I see that it's dual core and has a higher FSB than my current one and supports intel virtualization. My current CPU is a Celey 550 2.0ghz. My computer is 32bit. Please help :D

You can go as far as the Core2Duo T8100. You can find them on eBay for about $20. For that price you might as well do it.
 
It shouldn't no, because it was one of the processors originally available for that laptop.
