A while back, my sister lent me her laptop to use and when i got it home it was fine until it did something really strange. I accessed my computer and I went into the properties of C:/ and it told me that the size of this drive was 4.00kb. I could only delete things now and I couldn't use any space. What could've happened?
 
What do you see in the control panel under Disk Management?

i will never know lol, it blue screened about 3 days afetr that. It was pretty old so i removed some components like the hard drive and Ram and chucked it into the bin :/
 
I have had that happen. I had 0 left on my hard drive, I deleted files, It would say 6 gb free, then all of a sudden it was maxed out again. It was a virus, I had to reinstall Windows VISTA.
