What can i do to upgrade this to make it run Call of Duty 4 smoothly?

intel graphics chipsets are not meant for anything intensive.

i face only screen resolution problem.
window 7 show only 1024 by 768 pixels
sound problem also face

I installed 7 on my D600 without a problem. 7 should just automatically use generic drivers for everything.
