Dell Memory

I've got a Dell 6000i on order and am looking to order extra memory to be here waiting for it when it arrives. From what I can gather off Dell's website It's DDR2 PC2 3200.

It has the Pentium 725 (1.60 GHz/2MB Cache/400MHz FSB) processer. Kingston's website says that only the celeron's are speced and shipped with the DDR2-533, but nothing about the pentium. So am I right to assume that I can get 2 1 gig chips of the DDR2-533 and the laptop will handle it fine?

I'm working on my masters in meteorology and I'll be running IDL on it. So I'll be doing some image processing and light modeling. A lot of the stuff isn't super processor intensive, but some of the files I'll be crunching will be rather large.

kingston technology's website says that it will also run DDR2-533 but crucial is only listing the DDR2-400. Anyone know if the 533 will run with that processor?

Let the Laptop arrive ur door step, then go to crucial website n install there ActiveX program to no the exact specfication of RAM, do hurry n get the worng RAM. RAM is one of the most important part of a system n there r should be bought very carefully n frm the right source.
