Dell Mini 10v Black Friday Question

Dell is offering this Inspiron Mini 10v for $249 today. Was wondering if anyone knew what the price would be to upgrade from XP to the new Windows 7 Premium? Dell offers a Windows 7 Starter upgrade for $30 but is it possible to install 7 Premium after receiving it?

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes, but you'd have to purchase Windows 7 Home Premium, and either install from an external CD drive or use a computer with Vista to create a bootable USB.

Thanks Bodaggit, that 2nd option sounds a little more complicated than the first. Would you recommend purchasing this computer today for someone using it for just web surfing, email, sling box, and other basics?
